Baked Egg Cups

Make these baked egg cups ahead of time and eat hot or cold! Enjoy two egg cups with whole-grain toast and a glass of 100% fruit juice for an easy, nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients (3 Servings)

6 eggs

6 slices of deli ham or turkey

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

Grease 6 wells in a muffin tin, then line each with a slice of meat.

Crack an egg into each well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake at 350*F for 12-15 minutes, or until eggs are set. Allow to cool, then remove from pan.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 1 week
