I love bananas. I love nuts. I love chocolate. I love oats. I love cinnamon. I love…just about anything you could put into banana bread. So that’s what I did!
This recipe has the bonus of being low in fat and high in fiber! Woo!
This recipe is very versatile and pretty much anything you want can become a muffin ingredient!
To make this recipe vegan, swap the egg with applesauce/flax seed egg, whatever you’d like! You may want to add 2 tablespoons of oil if you do a vegan egg swap, or the muffins may get a little dry.
