Ingredients (Yield 2-3 servings)

2-3 apples, any variety

1/2 of a teaspoon of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of brown sugar (or however much you want to use)

1/4 cup water

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350F

Step 2: Slice your apples into small, even cubes. I slice the top and bottom off of the apple first, to make it easier.

Step 3: Place your apples into a bowl and add your brown sugar, cinnamon, and water

Step 4: Mix until apples are coated in cinnamon sugar.

Step 5: Pour your apples into a small baking dish, including the sugar water mix at the bottom of the bowl.

Step 6: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes, or until softened.

Step 7: CAREFULLY remove the foil, and place your dish back into the oven uncovered for 5 more minutes.

Step 8: Stir apples gently and serve warm.
