Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients: Serves 3-4
1 tomato, diced
1/2 of an onion, diced
1 can of black beans, drained
1 can of chickpeas, drained
1-2 tablespoons chili seasoning (I used a low-sodium variety)
1/2 of a can of tomato sauce
Other spices! I used Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Cayenne
Step 1: Add your tomato and onion to the crockpot and stir to combine.
Step 2: Add your black beans and chickpeas to the crockpot and stir to combine.
Step 3: Add your seasonings and tomato sauce to the crockpot and stir to combine
Step 4: Cook on low for 3 hours, COVERED, then stir briefly.
Step 4: Cook on low for 1 more hour, UNCOVERED.
Step 5: Stir briefly before serving hot!
