Spinach Salad

Ingredients (Yield: 1 Serving)

A handful or two of spinach

A small drizzle of olive oil

A seasoning blend of your choice OR Salt and pepper

Sunflower seeds

Feta Cheese


Step 1: Rinse your spinach briefly in cold water.

Step 2: Drizzle a bit of olive oil over your spinach. Use one hand to gently massage the oil into the leaves.

Step 3: Sprinkle a couple shakes of your seasoning blend or a pinch of salt and pepper over your spinach with your clean hand, then toss your salad with your oily hand.

Step 3.5: You can wash your hand off now. If your hand is pretty greasy, using a little dish soap will help get it clean!

Step 4: Add a few crumbles of feta and some sunflower seeds to your salad. The amount is up to you!

Step 5: Eat immediately or cover and store in the fridge until you’re ready to eat. I was super hungry by the time I was done with this, so I just ate it straight from the bowl. Enjoy!
